Sanguen Health Centre is a Ministry of Health funded agency specializing in Hepatitis C, as well as providing comprehensive support to individuals facing significant marginalization due to substance use, mental health issues, homelessness, and chronic poverty.
Led by Dr. Chris Steingart, our diverse team offers specialized nursing care, medical treatment, primary care, peer support, coordination, and outreach services. With a focus on person-centered care, we operate under the guiding principle of Harm Reduction.
Recognizing the inherent value in all people — we tailor every service plan to meet each individual’s unique needs and desires for support.
