Working at Sanguen Health Centre means being part of a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate, harm reduction–focused care to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Through innovative outreach programs—such as the Mobile Health Clinic and Community Outreach Van—staff are on the front lines, delivering essential healthcare, education, and support to individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, and social isolation.
